What is Awesome Education PD and What can It Look Like?

We as educators have all participated in mandatory and voluntary professional development throughout our tenure. If we asked you to recall some of the PDs you’ve attended, you’d likely recall one that left you puzzled or totally disconnected from your needs. You’d also hopefully reminisce about a PD that was relevant, engaging, practical, attainable and fun. Those memorable PDs are what we are all about. At Transform·Ed, we strive to provide you with experiences that are useful, applicable, fun and offer enough support to implement your best self and the content into the classroom ASAP. Harris, Graham and Adkins (2015) state that effective professional development includes creating classroom content, modeling techniques for teachers to use in their classrooms, and feedback on lessons.
